Vanessa is the best therapist I have ever had. She takes time to carefully listen to your concerns or fears or insecurities and finds ways to help you combat them. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist and guide!

Vanessa is well-informed, compassionate, and really listens well. Improving one’s mental health is a marathon, not a sprint, and Vanessa’s patience makes the process more agreeable.
