I have an eclectic approach to the therapeutic process in that I use different evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CB), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) , Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT). I tailor my approach based on your needs and goals. You and I will work in partnership. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, veterans, minorities, survivors of domestic violence, teens, and LBTQIA+.
