About me
My therapy style is flexible and client-centered. I believe that therapy is successful when the client-therapist relationship is strong and the treatment approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. I have found that the ability to apply different theories and to take a holistic approach ensures the best possible therapeutic outcome.
I work with adolescents, college students and adults. I have experience with a range of issues and levels of severity and complexity. Therapy should be effective in helping people with life transitions and day-to-day stressors, as well as a tool for coping and healing from more trying experiences.
I truly enjoy supporting and working with clients as they grow personally and in their relationships. The therapy I provide helps my clients to gain clarity and feel empowered to make positive, long-lasting changes. I feel honored to be a part of this process.
