About me
I believe that each individual is unique and has strengths to overcome any difficulties they may have, and the ability to continue to develop and grow throughout their lives.
I have had the privilege of working with clients who experience stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression and difficulties with attention. I also have experience working with coping with life changes such as becoming a new parent, marriage, divorce, job changes, relocating and grief.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
