I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years and have had the honor to be a Licensed Professional Counselor for 3 years. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children in group and individual settings. I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, stress, behavioral concerns, adjustment, and trauma.
I believe that a genuine and compassionate approach can make a difference in a person’s life struggles. I utilize a multi-theoretical approach to counseling.
