About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose goal is to help you find your best life possible. I have experience working with many types of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, coping with health issues, divorce, abuse and specifically those victimized by narcissists, high-conflict individuals or antisocial personality disordered partners.

Building rapport is fundamental to helping you to feel comfortable in disclosing your experiences, current-life situations, and problematic issues. It also is necessary to foster trust so that the change experience can take place. Counseling is a partnership in which you play a significant role in creating the change. Defining the problem, identifying your strengths, deciding on goals and then finding a pathway to those goals is what counseling is all about. Let's work on achieving those goals!

Modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An integrated approach can be utilized as well. I am known for being caring, sensitive, empathetic and a good listener. Making a change starts with trust, experience, technique, and motivation. You can find them all here with me and begin to live your best life now.

Veronica is one of the most wonderful therapist I’ve ever encountered and i’ve had quite a few, so that’s really saying something. I’ve gone through quite a bit in the last 5 to 6 years of my life, including the total loss of both my parents, and just having someone to talk with about those things and daily concerns and thoughts is wonderful. I never feel judged, and I always feel like I am truly being listened to. Veronica‘s answers are always informative and well thought out. She’s very compassionate, extremely worldly, and intelligent, and most of all laid-back. Again, I never feel judged by her, even when she may point out something to me so that I am able to see things in a slightly different way than I am thinking about it it comes across, really caring. She truly is a lovely individual and an excellent therapist, and I would recommend her to anyone. As long as they didn’t steal her away from me lol

Veronica is everything you want and need in a therapist. She is someone who promotes growth and helps you to, truly, see the bigger picture. She’s so respectful and kind, but what I love most about her - is that she allows you to be seen and heard. Talking with her is effortless and I look forward to our sessions each week. Veronica provides a comfortable environment and, undoubtedly, wants to see you become the best version of yourself. She’s 100% invested in you and your therapy journey and I am beyond grateful that I have her!
