Therapy with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to where you are now. I am Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR trained and use other evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and strengths-based practices. I help you honor your past while guiding you toward growth and future goals. My hope is to empower you to move forward with clarity and purpose.
