Dr. Coleman has been a huge help and I highly recommend her!!
Written on May 01, 2019 after therapy with Vicki for 1 year and 3 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, and bipolar disorder
Dr. Coleman is a perfect fit for me as she is very open about using therapy primarily without medications as long as I am moving forward! It has been a wonderful fit for me, she is also excellent with CPTSD/Trauma. She is available to me all the time.

Dr. Coleman is the best. She always knows the right thing (both subjectively and objectively) to say in all situations I present to her. She is very wise but also has clinical explanations for things. She has been a tremendous help for me!

I had the opportunity to spend most of 2018 with Dr. Coleman. It has been a positive journey where Dr. Coleman has helped me by providing counseling, coaching and sharing documents to reach and embrace my core self. That has been so powerful to see the inner strength we all have, finally being able to embrace it. How that inner strength can help us to move forward with a better self and projection of how we look at the world with a positive attitude. Thank you, Dr. Coleman, for all your assistance.

Dr. Vicki is a wonderful counselor to have. She listens and really gets to the meat of the matter. My relationships (with myself), my family and friends have made huge improvements. I feel more "solid" (if that makes sense), and my anxiety has almost diminished. I am still an anxious person, but I am working through my issues with her help, and we are finding ways for me to deal with anxiety as it happens before it blows up into a full fledged panic attack that stains everything (and the resultant fear and anger that follows anxiety). If you do the work she provides you (work is necessary to heal), then things will improve greatly! She is certified in many areas, and it shows. Dr. Vicki is very compassionate and very caring. I love working with her, and I am thankful every day that I found BetterHelp!

Dr. Coleman is great at what she does. I started working with her a couple of months ago to process some changes that were going on in my life and figuring out what to do next. During our sessions, she always listened and was able to provide insight. She also gave me some resources that were helpful in managing my anxiety and figuring out what to do next in my career. Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Coleman has got me thinking differently than I use to! It's all been for the better way of looking at my life and understanding why I think what I do. I'm looking forward to learning how to change my thought entirely and control my anxiety! The comfort of being in my own home talking to my Dr. Is the greatest feeling of not worrying about going out to see my Dr. and being out of my environment!

Written on Apr 06, 2018 after therapy with Vicki for 3 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship, family, self esteem, and anger
Dr. Coleman has always been honest, and willing to work with me, even going so far as to ask me if it might be okay to reschedule a session because she wanted to make sure she had enough time set aside for me. I really appreciated it, especially since I've had other therapists cancel and never explain why. When I was sick, she never badgered me about making a session, but actually messaged me a few times a week just to see how I was doing. It never feels like just a job for her, it always feels like she personally cares, and it's honestly rather refreshing to be treated like a person who happens to go to therapy, rather than just another patient with generic problems and crises. I've already recommended her to a few people, and pointed a few others to BetterHelp.

Dr. Coleman is exceptional at what she does. It’s been a few months. I fully trust her and her ability to bring me back down to the ground is pretty amazing. I’m a chronic flaker. And for once in my life I don’t feel like a bad person because of it. She says we don’t start over we just continue where we left off. You don’t know how much this lifts the weight of guilt off of me. I will keep working with Dr. Coleman until I can manage my everyday life more fluidly. Thank you Dr. Coleman.

Written on Sep 23, 2017 after therapy with Vicki for 2 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship, grief, sleeping, self esteem, anger, and career
Dr. Coleman is amazing. She is helping get to the root of my problems. I told her what my issues currently are, but she digs deeper than that to help. She doesn't want to solve this current problem, she wants to figure out what happened further back to trigger todays behaviors and actions. She is so intelligent, though.
