Are you scared, stressed out and trying to figure out how to cope with day to day challenges? Are you just trying to process all that’s happening in the world and need help? Have you experienced trauma in the past that you need help dealing with? Do you need someone to listen, truly listen and not judge? I can help you learn skills to help you cope with day to day life while working on healing from the past.
I am compassion focused, non-judgment, and open minded, LGBTQ affirming. Specializing in Anxiety, PTSD, trauma, sexual assault/abuse, adult children of narcissistic parents, and LGBTQ issues. I have experience working with sexual assault survivors and survivors of trauma from working as a rape response advocate in the past.
