Sometimes People Need Help…
Changes in life are always occurring but sometimes change can make us feel overwhelmed and
unable to function the way we would like to.
Sometimes change is unexpected and can negatively effect our ability to function in our job,
carry out daily routines or manage our personal affairs.
Sometimes medical challenges with ourselves and/or with others can require unexpected changes
in our lifestyle.
Sometimes conflict with spouses, significant others, family members, friends, or co-workers can
cause unwanted or unmanageable feelings and emotions.
Sometimes life challenges can make us question our self-worth or have a negative impact on
how we feel about life.
Sometimes difficulties in our life contribute to the development of thoughts, behaviors and habits
that are not healthy for us.
Professional help can bring awareness to what is not working in our lives and assist in
developing healthier ways of thinking, doing and behaving.
Sometimes we feel totally alone and just can’t seem to find the answer or solution we need to
feel better on our own…
Sometimes We Just Need Help
Therapy provides hope and can ease the difficulties that often present themselves as we journey
through life. I look forward to partnering with you in that process.

Victoria has been a godsend for me. She is a great listener, and always is able to provide a different perspective. She doesn’t quickly pass over issues but instead wants to work through them until I feel heard and improved. She is compassionate and caring but still able to provide tough feedback in a profound and empathetic way. Her wise-words and quick wit make therapy enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Victoria has been extremely helpful, not only in helping me deal the issues that brought me to therapy, but in helping me truly find the roots of those issues and to face the real problems head on.

Although I haven’t had much experience with her therapy yet, V. Hal Tom has been so attentive already. She is very responsive to my messages. I feel confident that I will have success under her care.

Victoria is very easy to talk to and asks very good questions and provides good guidance and perspective. I felt lighter leaving the sessions with her - not even realizing I felt burdened. I also appreciated how she always returned to the goals I set out in the beginning. This was my first therapy experience and I’m grateful to have had it with Victoria.

Victoria made me express what I have held in for so long and asked the tough questions. She helped me understand my past and put pieces together. She helped me over a barrier that had been holding me back to a better life.

Written by R.O. on Apr 22, 2021 after therapy with Victoria for 2 weeks

In three weeks I see so much disgust in who I was. Just starting to actually feel like I am capable of adding something instead of being the reason things end. I believe she and myself we’re destined because everything she heard she can take it and open my eyes to the truth and most important the perception of others towards me. Maybe I can be that person that someone would choose to talk to instead of avoiding. My wife smiles all the time now. I don’t get upset with my dogs barking because they are happy to see me. Overall she is amazing Thankyou and your company for extending me such a lifeline. Happiness is around the corner

Work with me!
