I'm still new to therapy, but so far Victoria has been great. We're slowly instilling new habits and patterns for the better. Thanks Victoria!

She’s very quick to understand, and never brings a judgmental mentality to the table. She manages to always make each session feel welcoming and friendly. I could highly recommend her as someone who knows what they’re doing, and does it good.

I have been meeting with Victoria for a little over 2 months now and the help and guidance she has given me has had a dramatic positive effect on my life. She is very positive and always supportive, which is something I needed in my life. Sessions with her always feel like chatting with a friend, but that actually gives you good advice. She asks thought provoking questions to help guide me towards an idea or action, instead of just telling you what to do, I am very thankful to have Victoria helping me, just wish I would have started seeing her sooner in my life.
