Victoria Postles
About me
Welcome — I’m Vikki, an Integrative Psychotherapist trained at Master’s level.
I work with individuals and couples, offering a thoughtful, relational space to explore difficulties, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic understanding. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy to you, your history, and your current needs.
Therapy with me offers a space to:
• Understand patterns
Make sense of repeating thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and relationship dynamics — past and present.
• Develop awareness and choice
Increase insight into internal processes and interactions, allowing you to respond more consciously rather than react automatically.
• Experience a safe, supportive relationship
Use the therapeutic relationship as a non-judgemental, containing space where growth and repair can happen.
• Support meaningful change
Translate understanding into practical emotional, relational, or behavioural shifts that improve everyday life.
⸻
Areas I commonly support include:
• Relationship and attachment issues
• Communication difficulties, conflict patterns, and emotional disconnection
• Anxiety, OCD, depression, and stress
• Life transitions, identity questions, and feeling “lost”
• CPTSD / PTSD
• Bereavement, loss, and complex grief
• Infant and fetal loss and infertility-related distress
• Chronic shame, low self-worth, and self-esteem difficulties
I have over 20 years’ experience working with adults across a range of mental health settings and charities. My work focuses on helping clients access core emotions, recognise blind spots, and gently unravel the “stuckness” that can prevent forward movement.
⸻
Additional specialist experience:
• Advanced Rainbow Therapist — supporting infertility, pregnancy loss, and baby/infant loss
• Narcissism-Aware Therapist — supporting clients affected by coercive, controlling, or manipulative relationship dynamics
I offer a calm, integrative, and relational approach, combining depth with practical support. I aim to meet you where you are — not to “fix” you, but to support deeper understanding, self-compassion, and lasting change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Victoria is extremely empathetic, understanding and knows when to ask deeper questions at the right time. I felt comfortable with her from the get go and I am learning techniques to manage different family and relationship dynamics and situations whilst being able to truly share, offload to and learn with Victoria in a safe space for personal growth.
Highly recommend Victoria.
