Victoria is amazing! After having some issues with my first counselor, I was nervous when I got reassigned to Victoria. But she has been great with giving me tasks and exercise to help me learn and grow. She's very responsive and makes me feel optimistic about the future.

Victoria has been very active with me and my counseling. She offers a variety of goals, worksheets and writing prompts then takes the time to discuss everything with me. Very good with listening and offering different perspectives on situations. I feel comfortable confiding in her and opening up about things that are troubling me. I also love the spiritual aspect and working on meditation and mindfulness exercises.
