About me

I am an accredited Integrative Therapist. Inclusive of working for Betterhelp, I have a private practice and volunteer for a suicide and suicide prevention charity. I have varied experience, including life coaching, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, loss, bereavement, identity, transition, self-esteem and confidence.

As a trained professional, I am also a human being who can appreciate how daunting it can be to reach out and seek help. The feeling of being overwhelmed can be a lonely place and as a qualified counsellor I am here to support you throughout, in a safe space, without judgement. Together we can explore practical solutions and work towards your aims and goals.

If you feel ready to make the first step in your counselling journey, I hope after our initial consultation, you will feel confident to allow me to make this journey with you.

Vicky has been amazing in helping me navigate through my mental challenges which I am overcoming now.
She's helped me develop a strong awareness/ understanding of the issues im going through and identifying the routes in which they have been created and taught me tools in which to cope and retrain my brain/ nervous system to relearn safety once again and live a happy and mentally healthy life :)
