About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with approximately 5 years of experience working with people struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse. I have worked with client with a variety of different concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, family conflicts, marriage/relationship strain, OCD, trauma as well as many more presenting problems.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that everyone deserves respect, and should be treated with sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I feel that you are the expert of you and at times we all may just need a little help finding answers that are innately within us. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and dialectical behavioral counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to ask for help and to seek change within your life. If you are ready to take that step I am honored to be apart of your journey.

I look forward to working with you!

Victoria has been essential in my recovery from a very traumatic relationship and most recently from a violent domestic crime that has Left me shattered in pieces. I don’t think I could have escaped my situation if not for her help and I’m beyond grateful for her services.
