Hi! I would love to share a little about myself to break the ice. I am a wife to my honey for over 25 yrs and a mama to two young adults who are both married. I LOVE animals and my 3 big dogs. I am licensed in Georgia with 17 years of counseling work experience. Most of that experience has been with teens and families at therapeutic residential programs for troubled teens and at a University. I love helping teens and young adults to consider the things the world is teaching them and help them discover how these ideas and challenges impact them in their journey to become who they want to be as adults. This may mean we need to explore their core values and beliefs and find coping skills for things that trouble them now. I have helped both parents and teens with stress and anxiety, behavioral issues, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique needs.
