About me
With over four years of experience and hundreds of counselling hours, I am a compassionate counsellor deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey to emotional healing and personal growth. Using Transactional Analysis, which is a form of psychotherapy, I help clients explore the patterns of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, offering clarity and understanding that can lead to meaningful change.
I specialise in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, bereavement, stress, relationship issues and work-related challenges. I understand that life’s difficulties can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, welcoming space where you will feel truly heard and understood.
Central to my work is fostering self-acceptance and self-compassion, which I believe are essential for making lasting, meaningful changes in life. By helping you cultivate kindness towards yourself, especially in moments of struggle, we will work together to release the judgments and negative self-talk that may be holding you back.
