Mrs. Lyon is a wonderfully amazing person. She is kind, caring, attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, passionate, and so much more.

I feel one of her best traits is active listening. She has a way of drawing out the thoughts in your head and getting you to speak what’s on your mind even if you didn’t know that it was there. It is easy for thoughts to get stuck on loop which causes a multitude of problems. Being able to get them out and share them someone else is a great step in the right direction even if nothing else happens but that.

When talking to Mrs. Lyon, you are assured a compassionate ear, a loving heart, and a well of helpful advice. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for me.

Virginia is very understanding and offers ways to help you in your own journey through healing, and working on yourself.

Virginia is amazing. I feel a great connection and she is so open to whatever path I am wanting to take. I feel like she helps the connecting of the dots, she doesn't talk to you in a typical therapist speak. Makes me feel comfortable and encourages to seek and understand. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the "virtual" vs in person but she has made it a great experience so far and I would highly recommend it.
