Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Virginia Smith. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Virginia, in many ways, has been a gateway for me to initiate my own healing. I love how she is solution oriented. Whatever problem I have she treats like an irritating obstacle that together we can move out of the way, rather than some burdensome equation that needs solving. That approach has helped me gain control of my anxiety in ways where now I am able to stop the spiraling.

Virginia has provided insightful feedback and guidance which has helped me to make progress from our very first session. She is kind, easy to to talk too, and a great listener. I look forward to speaking with her and I would highly recommend.
