It’s just beginning for me but I feel really comfortable with talking and finding new ways to deal with everything that I’m dealing with .

Wale and I worked together for a little over a year and in that short time, we were able to work through a lot of anxiety that I had been feeling on a daily basis, identify my triggers, and create strategies to help mitigate and deal with it. I am eternally grateful for his help and expertise. Because of it, I am a better husband, father, and coworker. Thank you, Wale!

I have been meeting with Wale for 2 weeks now. I was hesitant about starting therapy as I did not know what to expect. Wale has been supportive and consistent and has made this journey into therapy a positive experience for me. I look forward to our meetings every week. He is fostering within in me a reflection and contemplativeness that is improving my wellbeing.
