I am a licensed professional counselor in Tennessee with a graduate degree in counseling from Villanova University and doctorate in psychology from Saybrook University, with 20 years of mental health experience in outpatient, in-patient, partial hospitalization, and crisis services. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma and sexual/physical/emotional abuse, and coping with grief and loss. My 15+ years in human resources management in major corporations provides me with extensive workplace knowledge and the ability to help clients maneuver through the high stress work environment today. Proving my clients with an open and safe environment to process thoughts and feelings, and to dialogue about solutions to the issues they face is very important to me. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. In addition, I have published 2 books titled, "The Anatomy of the Soul: An Authentic Psychology," and "The Human Soul: An Ontological Exegesis of Transcendence" in which I write about the Transcendent Psyche, my theoretical model of gender psychopathology, and includes my extensive knowledge of narcissistic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, Schizophrenia, and Bipolar Disorder. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
