About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working as an outpatient therapist . I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, child defiant disorders, ADHD and LGBTQ. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution base, supportive and multisystemic therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you

As a African American man who was born as the black sheep but wanted more but I knew I couldn’t do it alone but it took for me to the point I was willing to unalive myself but he was there and he was patient with me whole time no matter how many times I fall he still encouraged me to keep going.!

"I have been to several therapists in the past, but none have had the impact on my life that my current therapist has had. My therapist is truly the best I have ever had. His genuine concern for my well-being is evident in every session, and his guidance has helped me make significant improvements in my life.

His ability to listen without judgment and provide insightful, practical advice has been invaluable to me. He has helped me navigate through challenging situations and has empowered me to make better decisions for myself. His approach is both compassionate and professional, creating a safe and supportive environment where I feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult issues.

I cannot recommend my therapist highly enough. If you are looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and has the expertise to help you make positive changes in your life, I wholeheartedly encourage you to consider working with him. I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact he has had on my well-being and my overall outlook on life."
