About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with integrations of CBT/Neuro linguistic programming, Energy;Shamanic practices, art, sound, music, nature, guided meditations, imagery, as well as a seasoned Child Therapist/Play Therapist. I offer individual therapy for adults/teens and parent coaching/relationship therapy. I have supported people with issues including: anxiety, depression, childhood trauma,. relationship issues, lack of fulfillment, parenting issues/concerns (ADHD, ODD, OCD, behavioral issues of any kind, academic support/advocacy),j and any one seeking self-development or self-evolution towards fulfillment.

My counseling style is down to earth, skills based, interactive and co-created with each client. I will listen and offer directive skills based (evidence based) interventions, as well as, support you with language tools to improve communication/responses. I will show you how to work with your thoughts and to create thought patterns in support of your passions. I will teach you how to work with your thoughts in support of manifesting your ideals.
