About me
Aloha! In Hawaii, we appreciate the concept of “Ohana,” meaning “family,” people bound together by support, loyalty, and love for one another, which means you are never alone! Nurtured and fostered in this spirit of Aloha (love) and Ohana, I serve in this profession of counseling and therapy knowing that everyone has a purpose. You are so very vital and important and you need to realize and claim this gift of life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a counselor, a therapist. I believe that God has created you and crafted you, knit you in your mother's womb and has a plan for your life (Psalm 139). Once you know who you are in Christ, your inheritance, your authority, your place in this world, there is harmony (Acts 17:28). There is peace, love, and joy that the world cannot understand and the world cannot give. I have been trained in the area of spiritual direction and prayer.
I believe in a balanced approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and spirituality. I have been doing focused work in the area of grief counseling, depression, and anxiety and I know when people are willing to do the work many beautiful things can happen. I have seen many experiencing new life and rebirth having new purpose in they’re lives. Most importantly, please remember God loves you - much more than you can imagine!
