When starting therapy, I never imagined it will really help me face my struggles and confront issues, anxiety, people around me, fears, work-life balance. I feel better about myself and for once am willing to make changes in the areas that interest me. Can certainly say I'm more confident, got useful tips to relax my mind and live life the way I want to. None of this would've happened without the expertise of Dr. Philadelphia, always patient and prepared with a variety of techniques to work on my issues when it comes to anxiety, family, stress, love life and self esteem. Will continue working as I'm very proud of the changes made and how I feel compared to how I felt before starting therapy.

Anthony is such a great person. Discussions are always smooth and he put me at ease from our first session. He listens carefully and secures you in a way to understand that you have the proper and you can overcome it all. Helpful, punctual and have great expertise to make sure you get to where you want to go. A definite recommend!

Anthony brings enormous experience in working with trauma, and a kindly, warm, humorous approach. I've felt heard by him; I feel he is prepared for sessions, often reflects back to things I've said in previous sessions, and I feel confident in his expertise. He has been gently challenging when I've needed that, and endlessly supportive.
