I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with individuals and families for the past 5 years. I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with chronic illness, relationship issues, trauma, grief/loss, major depression, and anxiety.
I use various treatment approaches based on the needs of my clients, but my main approach to therapy is strength-based.I focus on the positives in a person’s life and use their past and present successes to empower them to overcome their challenges. I believe that having direction and goals in life are important for individual growth. I will help my clients set reasonable and attainable goals that will benefit their everyday lives.
