YiChing Trenkamp, LPC
About me
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support through life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. Life does not have to be falling apart for therapy to be beneficial. Sometimes, even when you are functioning well, achieving goals, and checking all the boxes, you may still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or wonder why things continue to feel difficult.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can slow down, explore your thoughts and emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood while also helping you develop the skills and insight needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, parenting stress, substance use concerns, disordered eating patterns, or major life transitions, we will work collaboratively to identify your strengths, explore barriers, and develop a path forward that aligns with your goals and values.
Therapy is not only about addressing struggles—it is also an opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and building a more fulfilling life. Let’s connect and take the next step toward healing and personal growth together.
