Last time I was in therapy was over 7 years ago and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I was anxious at first, but I'm glad that I met her! She's always patient, kind and I exit each session feeling heard and understood! Love when she shares messages or articles that I'll find helpful! So glad I find her!!!

Leah, was truly amazing. When I first started I was so scared of being judged and blamed but working with Leah, I have gained the strength and courage to do what’s best for me. She has taught me to be brave and believe in myself. She was so intentional with her words and the tools that she taught me. Forever grateful for her help in my healing!
