I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, self esteem issues, and depression. utilize a non judging, holistic approach in working with my clients, to create an environment in which clients feel "heard" and "held". I utilize an empowerment framework to help clients take control of their lives and to become better versions of themselves.
