Yoshonna Sanders, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and the complex emotions that arise from life transitions.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients explore family dynamics, communication patterns, and attachment issues. I also support those working through trauma recovery, self-worth, forgiveness, and the weight of guilt and shame. Whether you're facing a midlife transition, processing abandonment or infidelity, or managing panic and mood challenges, I'm here to help you build resilience and reconnect with yourself.
I believe healing happens in relationship—with others and with yourself. My role is to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your story, strengthen your voice, and move toward greater peace and wholeness. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
