25 plus years experience in the mental health field providing therapy and trained in evidence based practices. My approach is integrating components from different types of modalities i.e., (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (MI) Motivational Interviewing/Narrative Therapy/Solution Focused Therapy/Trauma Informed Care/Seeking Safety/ Strengths Based and client centered..
