Yvette is kind and understanding and shows genuine interest in your concerns. She does her research and when you bring up something you read online she doesn’t dismiss it. She thinks about it and then ask you questions regarding to what your own research online says. When I mention things I’m interested in she shows an interest and writes it down and even applies it to other patients who mention the same thing. I love that she writes everything down, and I mean anything. Some people get nervous but I see that as Yvette doing her job properly and wanting to help me.
