About me
Welcome.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Seeking support takes courage, and finding a therapist who feels like a good fit is an important part of the process.
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) who works with adults navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in healthcare, substance use treatment, correctional settings, and with veterans. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom were facing significant stress, trauma, uncertainty, and life-changing decisions.
Working in these settings taught me the importance of meeting people where they are. I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, regardless of their circumstances. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment while feeling supported and challenged in ways that promote growth.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered approaches. Together, we will identify your goals, build on your existing strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, self-esteem, burnout, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, I strive to provide a supportive environment where healing and growth can occur.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your experiences, strengths, and goals; I bring clinical expertise, support, and guidance. Together, we can work toward helping you build the life you want to live.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
