About me

Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Therapist licensed in Texas with over 15 years of experience working as a counselor, therapist, mentor to at-risk youth, and grief specialist. I have worked with clients (ages 4-70+) with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced anger control issues and eating disorders. I have also worked in the hospital setting treating Head injury and Stroke patients. And was the primary grief therapist for the hospital.

My counseling style is client centered and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, systems approach, and solution focused therapies. I always collaborate with the client for treatment plans, and goal setting to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes a lot of courage and readiness to take the first step. If you are ready to take that step and put in honest effort the work, then I am here to support and guide you.

I look forward to working with you!

Zachary has been an amazing help over the past couple of months! I initially signed up for therapy to help deal with my anxiety, and thanks to Zach, It honestly feels like I'm a new person.

I used to wake up feeling stressed and extremely anxious, to the point where I would stay in bed for hours and hours, even though I had work to do. Zach helped me understand where this anxiety was coming from, but more importantly how to deal with it. Now I rarely get anxious, and even when I do, i'm equipped with the right tools to deal with it on the spot, so that i can continue on with my day :)

He also ended up helping me with other issues I was going through!

Couldn't recommend Zach enough! He's kind, understanding and gives the best advice and tips for your specific situation.

11/10 stars :)
