About Me

I'm an independently licensed counselor in Ohio and have been in practice for 4 years. I graduated with my M.ED in 2018 and have worked in community mental health, higher education and have a lot of life experience prior to becoming a counselor.
My education allowed for me to be exposed to several types of counseling theories and techniques. I have experience working with adults who are coping with various issues such as addiction, gambling, life transitions, work relationships and mood disorders.
My specialty is related to LGBTQIA+ issues, more specifically gender identity.
I opened my own practice in 2021 and see clients regularly though there and BetterHelp.
In my free time, you may find me playing video games or spending time with my partner and our pets.

Zach does a great job of meeting you where you are. He doesn’t push or prod and always listens to what you have going on in the moment even if there’s a goal you were working on. Greatly appreciate my work with him!

I've been meeting with Zack for a couple of months now. He's been everything I could ask for! He's timely, patient, and intuitive. He pays attention to what I'm saying and is able to interpret my goals and needs. We've started building the foundations of a great counseling relationship and that has only helped in our therapy sessions. I would recommend him to anyone!

Zachary is an outstanding therapist. I feel like I am being heard. He never really interrupts me unless I let him know I'm getting off topic and even then I feel like he doesn't interrupt me, he listens well and remembers where I left off in my story when I happen to change topics. Over all I am happy, and I mean very happy that Zachary is my therapist and I'm glad he took me on as a client.

Zach is very easy to talk to, he does a good job of asking probing questions and expanding on topics I bring up while offering his insight and providing ways to go about grappling with the issues discussed in our conversations

Work with me!
