Zach is a very no-nonsense therapist. He calls it like he sees it and that was exactly what I needed. He asks the hard questions, provides his honest opinion and provides food for thought. I've left each session with a plan or something to work on and finally feel like I can move past a near lifelong addiction. I feel lucky that Betterhelp assigned Zach to me.

Zachery is action-oriented. I didn't want someone who would just listen to me as I worked out my own problems. I wanted a therapist who listened to me but then told me what to do. Zachery gave me the language I needed to set proper boundaries to enhance the major relationships in my life. I value his candid perspective; he makes all the mess in my head much more simplistic and offers realistic solutions. I would recommend him to anyone who needs solutions.
