Zhanna Bukshan, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and ADHD. My practice also extends to helping clients address social anxiety, panic, trauma, grief, and life transitions including divorce and separation.
I'm particularly drawn to helping clients cultivate self-love, improve communication, and work through isolation and loneliness. I also support those exploring life purpose, forgiveness, attachment patterns, and midlife transitions. Additionally, I work with clients managing mood disorders, caregiver stress, and substance use concerns.
My approach is grounded in understanding each person's unique story and circumstances. I'm committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I'm honored to work with older adults and bring genuine care and respect to every therapeutic relationship. If you're considering taking this step, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage, and I'm here to support you.
