It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. She works consistently to stay on top of new trends and research within the counseling field to ensure she is providing the best services to her clients. Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Zoe Long Holloway. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
As someone who's had poor experiences with other mental healthcare professionals, Zoe is a shining example of what I really think a "good therapist" is! She's always given me space to lead sessions if I feel I need to focus or vent on specific topics. Whenever I'm having a bad mental health week, she takes control of the session very gently and redirects focus on little wins, realistic goals, and constructive perspectives. She's very easy to speak to about heavy topics, positive outlooks, and casual things like what video games we like! Would absolutely reccommend for anyone that's also been looking for that "good therapist"!
