I find Zoe to be incredibly warm and supportive. She is truly 'present' in the room and listens intently to everything I share. She provides a safe space where I feel completely at ease during our sessions. I always feel she cares. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Zoe has not only helped me grow as a person but also helped me understand myself more so I am able to put things that I speak with her about into action. She listens and remembers well the many things I talk to her about and challenges me on things to make sure I am 100% sure of what I am saying. She offers and kind and understanding approach whilst also helping me to push myself with my own targets. I really enjoy working with Zoe.

Amazing and Supportive, realistic and helps me to reframe and consider a few different elements and how that will impact me.
Incredibly kind, caring and reassuring.

Zoe is a really helpful and knowledgeable therapist. Zoe takes time to understand my thinking and helps me to analyse my emotions when necessary, or try to feel my emotions to help me.

I feel I only started with therapy as well as with her as a person so I am not so sure how I should be feeling

Zoe has always given me the time to speak when I needed to. She listens and knows when to speak. She hears bits of conversation that she feels I need to talk about and she then breaks those feelings down.
