I was extremely fortunate to find Mimi. I have suffered from anxiety/low self-esteem and a tendency toward abusive relationships my entire life. I've lost count of how many counsellors I've gone through over the years. Mimi is hands down the best support I have ever found. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and focused on my individual concerns. Her feedback, both in session and in the chat, is always helpful/thought provoking. She encourages change without pushing you, and after each session, you really feel heard, and your positivity toward your life outlook is elevated. If that wasn't enough, she also has an amazing sense of humour and a thought-provoking metaphor for just about everything. Anyone who lands her as a therapist should count themselves incredibly lucky!

Always ready to listen, give examples and good advice. She makes you feel like you have someone talk to and that you could talk to her about anything. Also, when there's something specific that bothers you - she looks up and shares resources and exercises that can help you surpass the moment and/or the bother.
