About me
When was the last time you truly felt heard—not just listened to?
Imagine having a space where you can speak freely about the things that feel too heavy, complicated, or painful to carry alone. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. In our work together, you won’t find judgment—only compassion, curiosity, and a partner in your healing journey. You don’t have to carry everything on your shoulders by yourself. Together, we’ll uncover practical tools and new perspectives that help lighten the load so you can leave sessions feeling seen, known, and empowered.
I work with teens, individuals, and couples, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My style is eclectic and personalized, drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. These methods help you reshape unhelpful thought patterns, discover deeper meaning in your experiences, and build emotional resilience. I also incorporate insights from neuroscience and mindfulness, which can help reduce anxiety, process trauma more effectively, improve focus, and promote overall well-being.
For those who desire it, I can also integrate Christian counseling perspectives into therapy. Regardless of your spiritual background, I believe in a holistic approach to health—mind, body, and spirit—and I’m happy to collaborate with other healthcare providers to support your overall wellness.
When working with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method, a research-based approach designed to strengthen relationships and rebuild connection. In couples counseling, the focus isn’t on choosing sides—it’s on strengthening the relationship itself. Together we may work through challenges such as infidelity, trust issues, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, parenting stress, or differing life goals, helping both partners grow while restoring connection.
Choosing therapy is a courageous step. If you decide to partner with me, you’re choosing growth, healing, and the possibility of a more fulfilling life.
I look forward to walking alongside you on that journey.
