About me

Hi there! I am a clinical social worker licensed in New York with five years of experience working with a range of youth, families, and older adults in the foster care system, in homeless shelters, and in a psychiatric hospital setting. I have had the opportunity to help clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, developmental disabilities, relationship issues, life changes, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.

I am warm, empathetic, and engaging, trusting you to be the expert on yourself. My approach is client-centered and based in systems theory. I truly believe that everyone is capable of changing their narrative and feeling empowered to make the changes and growth they hope to in life.

Taking the time to invest in your mental health is not only courageous but commendable. I very much look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey towards self-empowerment and becoming the best version of yourself.
