Adhanet Zereabruk, LPC
About me
Hello, my name is Adhanet Zereabruk and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 16 years of experience. I am a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming therapist who works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationships, acculturation, and multicultural concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Existential Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, process difficult experiences, and find clarity moving forward.
As a wife, mother, and parent of a child with autism, my personal experiences have also deepened my understanding of neurodivergence, parenting, family dynamics, cultural expectations, and the many roles we carry.
I believe therapy is not about telling you what to do. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you uncover your strengths, and provide a safe space where you can heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
I'm fluent in English and Tigrinya, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
