Adrian Lopez, LCMHC
About me
I'm Adrian Lopez, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With several years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, as well as concerns around self-esteem and anger management.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep commitment to understanding each person's unique story. I specialize in helping clients work through communication difficulties, social anxiety, trauma, grief, and questions about life purpose and meaning. I also have particular experience supporting men, military personnel and veterans, and individuals working through codependency, shame, forgiveness, and relationship transitions.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and respected. I'm honored to work with clients seeking a therapist who shares their Christian faith, and I'm committed to creating an affirming space that honors your identity and values.
If you're considering taking this step toward healing and growth, I want you to know that reaching out takes courage. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and genuine care.
