I am a qualified Irish -based counsellor . I have extensive experience in mentoring clients in areas from trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression to relationship difficulties. I have a passion for early childhood trauma. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Together we can explore and tailor a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I work from a compassion-focused approach, creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space .It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
