I am Alesha Smith, LCSW licensed in the sate of Florida with 28 years of experience as a clinical therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal communication, healthy boundaries, and managing career stress.
My clinical style is personable, engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion, and without judgement. My clinical approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies. Our sessions and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs with emphasis on beginning where you are and working toward where you are most comfortable.
