Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Alexandra Lopez de Haro. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Alexandra is phenomenal! She is excellent with having me stop to breathe and think for a moment while helping me through my emotions when they arise during our sessions. She has also taught me how to remove myself from a situation and take a more objective approach when discussing confrontations I have with my significant other. I have since applied these techniques and others she has provided me with, and I look forward to building a healthier mindset with her help!
