Alexei Kasanzew, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, minority-related issues, life transitions, or stress.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable - and also deeply courageous. I believe therapy is a space where you don't have to pretend or have everything figured out - you get to show up exactly as you are.
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique story. I work from a client-centered perspective, meaning I believe that you are the expert on your life. As your therapist, I'll prioritize creating a nonjudgmental and welcoming space for you to explore and work on your goals.
To support you in your journey, I use evidence-based interventions grounded in current research within an integrative approach.
Therapy can be a space for self-care where you can take a break and breathe. Let's explore together what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, and build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
I'm here to help.
