I am very happy with my therapy thru Better Help. I was not sure how it would be since I have only seen an in person therapist previously. Alexis listens to me and guides me so I am able to help myself. This platform is very conveinient and easy to navigate. I am able to stay consistent with my therapy. I would recommend Alexis and Better Help.

I started with Alexis back in March and she has been incredibly helpful. She is kind, understanding and very straightforward. She doesn’t push you to open up or tell you what the session will cover. She gives you a lot of room to talk and you can tell she really listens and pays attention. I highly recommend her.

Alex is an incredibly supportive therapist, with a great understanding of the issues I face. I took a break from therapy but realised I needed help again and she did a great job of settling me back in and praising my decision to seek the help I needed. I’m glad to have her a text message away when in need, a wonderful professional and person!

As someone who has a hard time opening up, I’m happy I found a therapist who can create a comfortable supportive space! Alexis is a good listener and can often find a way to relate. She is great at helping me realize negative thought patterns, and provides me the skills to think differently.
