About me
I am a psychological counselor and lecturer with extensive experience in clinical, advisory, and educational work. My focus is on providing psychological support to people in change processes – using methods from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Through my work as a psychologist/coach with adults, in child and youth services, in clinical internships, and as the director of a school for body and mind training, I combine sound psychological theory with practical application in counseling, coaching, and training.
I support clients in recognizing their own resources, processing emotional stress, and developing a mindful, self-determined life path. In doing so, I combine scientifically based psychology with body awareness, mindfulness, and practical experience.
